Barry Hudson
Born in West Yorkshire, Barry Hudson studied at Leeds College of Art, & Batley and Dewsbury Art College where he specialised in graphic design and typography. His career as a designer was him heading up one of the most distinguished studios in the country and included a period as Managing Director of a London design agency where he personally earned a number of professional awards for creative innovations. He studied at the St Ives School of Painting & developed a keen interest in abstract expressionism. He exhibits in Galleries throughout the UK and has studios in Huddersfield & St Ives Cornwall. His work is in the collections of the Duke of Devonshire, Lord Aldenham, Melvin Bragg and he is acclaimed & respected by dealers on both sides of the Atlantic as an artist with serious investment potential.
