Lucy Quartermaine is one of the Northwest’s top award-winning contemporary jewellery designers. Her dynamic range of inspirational designs offers a quirky and modern twist to traditional and skilled silver-smithing. Her jewellery is unique but recognises the forms and shapes of our own everyday lives. Lucy has been able to introduce fun into jewellery, but, in each and every piece, has retained the simplicity and fluid beauty of silver.
Rosa Red is a distinctive collection of coordinated fashion jewellery, from sophisticated silver to colourful fun!
Rosa Red take great care to ensure that every item is of a very high quality. Each individual piece is hand made, hand painted and hand polished. Nicola started making jewellery at a very early age, and eventually went on to do a Fine Art degree in Sculpture. Jewellery making is a love that she has continued throughout her life, and has amassed a large collection of her own work.
JewelleryDragon is all about passion, for jewellery, gemstones, and above all, quality, although there is a little quirky and unique thrown in there too!
Nicola always thinking about jewellery, making notes, creating, designing. She is always on the look out for that unusual cut, gemstone or style. Her pieces are all unique, and made by only herself. They are not mass-produced, and I use limited tools. Each piece can take hours of painstaking work.
Ruby Spirit Designs is a small independent Yorkshire workshop creating unique and individual designer pieces. We especially love to work with broken or forgotten vintage items, designing something beautiful and unique in the process. Vintage treasures are reborn into unusual handmade pieces, complemented by semi-precious gemstones, pearls, crystals and handmade glass lampwork beads sourced from around the globe. Many of our designs are one of a kind due to the vintage elements involved.
My work is based around art silver clay and silver smithing techniques. I love using graphic prints and striking aged technique to give it it’s quirky edge of antique New England, medieval and even Shakespearean designs. My latest designs have started to incorporate tiny touches of enamel to create a new exclusive range for JoJoJewellery.
