Freedom Exhibition – Mixed Show

A new exhibition titled “Freedom” is now open at The Harrison Lord Gallery in Brighouse. Featuring some of the top UK artists the exhibition has been curated to provide the Harrison Lord Gallery one of the most innovative and unique group exhibitions currently on show.

Steven Harrison-Lord, gallery owner said “We are delighted to showcase this mixed show in Brighouse. We are a leading gallery in the UK at exhibiting accessible contemporary art and with summer on its way, we thought let’s throw open our doors and enjoy a bit of Freedom this June. We have curated this show with ‘freedom’ in mind so we have an array of abstract canvas works, still life originals with the finest of details, and works with depth and textures – FREEDOM.”

The art on show has a focus on accessible, complex and detailed works. Featuring over 40 new paintings by 7 of the leading UK artists this exhibition highlights glorious landscapes, warterscapes and scenery. Many art lovers will be aware of Louise Rawlings works and we are proud to exhibit rare large originals of her iconic imagery. We welcome two new artists to our West Yorkshire gallery: Anna Tosney and CC Mingaroni and we hope that you enjoy their charming original works. Back by popular demand the Harrison Lord Gallery welcomes Clare Haley, Christine Pybus, Amy Charlesworth, and Helen Cassidy all with new original art works.

This Mixed Show captures the essence of country landscapes in a detailed and original fashion combing print, oils, acrylics that employ deep textures and wild brush strokes.

Buy any of these wonderful artworks today on 10 months interest free credit (subject to status) with the Arts Council’s Own Art scheme.

The free exhibition is now on and runs until Saturday 8th July 2017.

The Freedom mixed show is currently on at our Gallery in Brighouse, HD6 1RW, West Yorkshire.
